Terms & Conditions

ECHO81 Standard Terms and Conditions apply to all sales.

Orders from new customers require prepayment prior to dispatch and upon receipt of invoice, unless credit terms have been established.
Most forms of payment are accepted including credit card, company check, electronic payments (ACH), and wire transfers. Note, credit card payments may be subject to a 3.9% processing fee, and checks can take up to 10 business days to clear. Orders will not be processed until the check completely clears our bank.
Orders are accepted for open billing to well-rated companies with pre-approved credit terms, government agencies, and municipalities. Standard open account terms are NET30 days after date of invoice / shipment.
Past due invoices are subject to a monthly 1.5% service charge (or 18% APR).

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, insurance, handling fees, customs, duties, and applicable taxes related to the sale of products unless pre- negotiated with your ECHO81 Sales Representative.
ECHO81 will not apply any additional shipping insurance unless specified by the Customer.

ECHO81 shall not be liable to Customer/Buyer for any losses or damages resulting from a late delivery, or from ECHO81’s failure to perform due to any cause beyond ECHO81’s reasonable control.

For products not manufactured by ECHO81, the manufacturer’s warranty is extended to the buyer. ECHO81 expressly limits its guarantees and warranties to those extended and allowed by the manufacturing company. If you need a copy of the manufacturer’s warranty for a product purchased from ECHO81, please
contact your Sales Representative, or visit the manufacturer’s website for more information.
ECHO81 will, at its discretion, either replace the goods sold or refund the purchase price should a product defect be brought to our attention. Any defects must be brought to our attention within 3 business days of the discovery of such defects. Customer must provide make, model and serial number along with a detailed explanation of the alleged deficiencies.
Warranties do not apply to damages that occur to the product during installation, or as a result of Buyer’s negligence.

Under no circumstances shall ECHO81 be liable for any losses or damages of any kind that arise as a consequence of any defect in any such components or products.
ECHO81 is not responsible for, and expressively disclaims all liability for, loss and damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to, or reliance on any information provided by ECHO81 during training or technical support visits. Data collection, survey accuracy and quality control are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstances shall ECHO81 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss or damages arising from, or related to ECHO81’s services and support, whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
