ECHO81, a premier supplier of underwater survey technologies for the hydrographic and geophysical survey sector, has appointed Josh Dugan as Director of Business Development.

Josh comes to us with 17 years of experience in the Offshore Oil and Gas industry, where he’s worked across multiple subsea disciplines including Offshore Survey, Subsea Electronics, and ROV tooling. He has held various roles during his career, starting as a Hydrographic Surveyor, moving up to Party Chief, then on to Business Development, Sales, Service, and Operations Management.
